SAFEGUARDING & ACCESSIBILITY
Safety is part of every journey.
We aim to make every conversation and journey respectful, child-centred and responsive to individual needs.
Safeguarding
Safe-Journey SEN is committed to respectful, child-centred practice. Our staff have enhanced DBS checks. We discuss individual support needs and arrangements with parents before agreeing a service.
For an immediate safeguarding concern, contact the relevant emergency service or local authority safeguarding team. Safe-Journey SEN is not an emergency service.
Accessibility
We discuss accessibility and support needs with families before agreeing a journey. Please tell us about communication preferences, sensory triggers, mobility needs or any adjustments that may help a child travel comfortably.
We aim to make this website clear and usable on phones, tablets and computers. You can enlarge text through your browser or contact us by email or WhatsApp if another format would help.
